"Vampire Academy" movie quotes tell the fantasy tale of two teens who attend a high school specifically for vampires. The film was directed by Mark Waters using a screenplay by Daniel Waters based on the best-selling books from Richelle Mead. "Vampire Academy" opened in theaters in the United States on February 7, 2014.
In "Vampire Academy," Rose Hathaway (Zoey Deutch) and Lissa Dragomir (Lucy Fry) are best friends but also have what could be called a working relationship. Lissa is the heir to the powerful Dragomir vampire throne and Rose is her sworn protector.
The two teens, who once left Vampire Academy to do their own thing, have since been returned to the school and the drama that comes with high school. In addition to dealing with the typical woes of high school, in part care of drama queen Mia (XXXX) and authority figures Dimitri Belikov (Danila Kozlovsky) and head mistress Kirova (Olga Kurylenko), they must also deal with those who threaten the safety of Lissa. Luckiy, they have someone very powerful on their side, Christian Ozera (Dominic Sherwood), and together the crew tries their best to survive their high school years.
While "Vampire Academy" isn't likely to woo anyone for any awards, it does join other great movies showing at the same time such as "The Lego Movie, "Gimme Shelter," "I, Frankenstein," "Ride Along," "Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, "The Wolf of Wall Street, "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" "Her," "American Hustle," "Saving Mr. Banks," August: Osage County, "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug," "Dallas Buyers Club," "Philomena, "Inside Llewyn Davis," "Out of the Furnace," "12 Years a Slave," and "Frozen".

Right Here, Folks
Kirova: "Rose Hathaway is wild, dangerous."
Dimitri Belikov: "Insubordinate"
Rose Hathaway: "Right here, folks, right here"
Head mistress Kirova expresses her feelings about Rose as unpredictable and violent. While Rose doesn't disagree, she does pipe up to remind them that she's standing right there listening to them talk about her in the third person.
Drama Princess
Mr. Meisner: "After the tribunals in Romania… Mia! You're usually a lot better at passing on notes. Having an off day?"
Mia Rinaldi: "Oh, no, Mr. Meisner, please don't read this note out loud. I beg of you."
Mr. Meisner: [Reading note out loud] "I bet that drama queen, I mean drama princess, killed that fox herself to distract the school from her real secret."
Mia Rinaldi: "Don't go on."
Lissa Dragomir: "Mr. Meisner, you're being used as a tool to broadcast me as vile propaganda."
Mr. Meisner: "Are you calling me a tool?"
Rose Hathaway: "If she's not, I will."
Mr. Meisner: "What was that, Hathaway?"
Mason: "But uh, Mr. Meisner, you left out the best part, about me and my boy Jesse and that damp tramp last night."
Rose Hathaway: "What?!"
Mason: "Truth hurts, blood whore"
Mr. Meisner: "Christian, cut it out! Kindly report to head mistress Kirova's office, Mr. Ozera. Down the hall, turn left."
Christian Ozera: "Like I need directions"
Mia starts drama, as per her usual, with Lissa and Rose in a class with Mr. Meisner. This irks Christian who uses his fire magic to set classmate Mason afire.
Did You Have to Hurt Them?
Lissa Dragomir: "Did you have to hurt them?"
Rose Hathaway: "Hurt them? You're welcome!"
Rose takes her protector role pretty seriously and is more than willing to hurt anyone who threatens Lissa. Lissa on the other hand is more about a less violent world where her safety doesn't have to come at the pain of others.
Let's Make Tonight Our Bitch
Rose Hathaway: "I don't know what's going to happen tonight. At this point, I can't remember who loves us and who hates us. Let's make tonight our bitch."
Rose seems confused and uncertain about the events that lie ahead but is destined to make the best of the evening regardless of the outcome.
If You Weren't So Psychotic
Christian Ozera: "If you weren't so psychotic, you'd be fun to hang out with."
Rose Hathaway: "Same to you, creep"
In addition to being outcasts in the real world, both Christian and Rose are misunderstood at Vampire Academy. Thankfully, their mutual unconventional roles make them good friends for one another.
Go Away, Mia
Mia Rinaldi: "Why were you in the hospital? Pregnant? Herpes? Maybe your baby has herpes. I don't care if it's true. I'll tell everyone."
Lissa Dragomir: "Go away, Mia."
Mia Rinaldi: "Why are you Dragomirs such drags? First Andre, then you steal Aaron from me and don't even keep him."
Lissa Dragomir: "I don't need this."
Mia Rinaldi: "I vow to take down the entire Dragomir…"
Christian Ozera: "I'll fire magic you into ash."
Mia Rinaldi: "I'll just water magic myself before you can…"
Rose Hathaway: "You two are a riot. Allow me, Mr. Ozera."
Mia Rinaldi: "Rose, I hear you and the princess are friends again. Too bad, could have made a great team."
Rose Hathaway: "Oh, nice wrist corsage, flashy!" [Punches Mia] "Everyone saw that I tried to take the high road there… sort of."
When Mia starts yet more drama with Lissa at a school dance, Rose is quick to step in and put Mia in her place. Rose tries, though not hard, to take the high road before straight up punching Mia in the face.
Sworn to Protect the Royal Blood Line
Rose Hathaway: "I should probably point out that my best friend, Lissa Dragomir, is a royal member of an ancient race. And, yeah, like most creatures with fangs, they live off blood. My name is Rose Hathaway and I've been sworn to protect the royal blood line with my life."
Rose talks about her place in the world as the protector of Lissa, heir to the Dragomir throne. It's not an easy job but someone has to do it.
School Can Get a Little Insane
Rose Hathaway: "I don't know about you but my school can get a little insane. Most of us stay up all night and all of us think that we'll live forever, if we survive graduation, that is."
Rose provides an overview of her situation and her school. They are all vampires and while they all get a little crazy, much like other high schools, they also have to worry about staying alive during their schooling.
Blood and Magic
Rose Hathaway: "A female--especially one who lives off of blood and magic--is going to have her mood swings."
Rose brings up a good point. Any woman is prone to a mood swing once in a while and if you add in that these women live off of blood, this takes these moods to a whole other level.
Blood Is Family
Lissa Dragomir: "Blood is family. Blood is pain. And blood is death."
In addressing the student body at the Vampire Academy, Lissa plays up the crowd by talking about one thing they can all agree on, their feelings about blood.
